September 16 (this Wednesday) will be the first fall meeting of the Mass Chapter ARS. Start time is 7:00 PM at the Waltham Field Station. The agenda includes a repeat of last September's Pot Luck dinner (bring your favorite dish). The speakers will be John & Sally Perkins who will present a slide show of their explorations of the azalea hybridizing legacy of the Abbots in New Hampshire. Also at this meeting will be our annual Donated Plants Sale. Please bring your extra plants and plants raised on behalf of the Chapter to this meeting for sale to your fellow members.
September 27 (a Sunday) we will have our annual Display Garden Party at Elm Bank, 2:00 - 4:00 PM.
