Next weekend, May 16 & 17 the Mass Chapter will hold our big Flower Show & Sale.
Location: Elm Bank. The flower show will be held in the Education building, which is just in front of our Rhododendron display garden. The Sale will be held under tents set up near this building.
Registration for show entries begins Saturday, May 16 at 12:30 PM and closes at 2:00 PM. Judging starts at 2:30 PM. The show will open to the public Sunday morning, May 17.
The plant sale will open to show & sale volunteers on Saturday at 5:00 PM. This is an incentive for people to volunteer and a reward for those that do. It opens to all chapter members & MHS members at 8:00 AM on Sunday, May 17 and to the general public at 9:00 AM. Many choice varieties of rhododendrons, azaleas and companion plants from multiple sources will be available.
If you would like to volunteer to help out, contact one of your Board members (including me) to discuss. There are several tasks/roles available.
