Van Veen 2009 Order Supplement - RareFind Special Order Plants

As mentioned in prior Van Veen communications, this year at our sale (Sat. April 18), in addition to over 200 extra Van Veen plants we will have on hand some special order plants from Hank Shannon's RareFind Nursery.

Most of these plants are not currently available from RareFind via their website due to being in too short a supply to make generally available, or being on Hank's "Collector's List".  The Mass Chapter has obtained a special order of 1 gallon sized plants at a very reasonable prices.  The price for most will be $20 each ($19 + $1 additional shipping charge), with a few larger plants running a little bit more.

 

These plants have been hand-picked at the nursery by a chapter member, so we expect them to all be healthy and attractive.  They were chosen for outstanding features of foliage, flower color and/or habit.

 

Since many varieties are available as a single plant, in order to avoid a feeding frenzy at distribution time I'm taking pre-orders now on a first come, first served basis.  If you have already submitted a Van Veen order to me this year, your selections will be added to your invoice.  If you have not submitted an order, you will receive an invoice for the plants you select.
