ARSMC Bylaw proposal

At the April Chapter meeting on April 17, our Annual Meeting, we will vote on a number of proposed Chapter Bylaws changes agreed upon by the Board of Directors.  The attached document provides the required notification of these changes along with a brief rationale for each one.
